How can I place an order?
Add items you want to buy to the cart clicking the “add to cart” button. Then find a check out page on the right top of the page. Choose the payment option, fill in the details. Select the shipping service and pay for the order.
Will I be charged any extra fees?
Customs fees and additional import duties are included in the prices for next countries:
1. United States of America
2. The United Kingdom
3. European Union members.
Attention! Customs fees and additional import duties are not included in the prices or shipping costs for customers from Australia and Canada.

The gym sets from Goodevas are suitable for kids aged from 6 months to 7 years old.
What age are the playhouses designed for?
The Goodevas playhouses are suitable for kids aged 1 to 7 years old.

Where do I keep my Goodevas gym sets?
We recommend covering the toys with a blanket when they aren’t in use. The products have to be protected from humidity and exposure to heat.
I lost/broke a part in the assembly. Can you help?

Are your toys suitable for outdoor use?
Our products are covered with linen oil and beeswax, which allows you to use Goodevas toys outside. If you would like to use it outdoors, please be aware of weather conditions like sun, rain, and others that can make usage time shorter, so it is only up to where you would like to use your product.
