We provide free shipping throughout Canada via FedEx, with delivery typically taking 2 to 4 days. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, and all taxes (including import duties and GST 5%) are included in the price, with no additional charges.

We offer free return within 30 days for unopened products.

Return Conditions

– Unopened merchandise: Returns are free of charge.
– Opened merchandise: Returns will be charged 10% of the price for providing a return label.
– Damaged merchandise or order error: If an item is damaged or an error was made from our side, we will collect the parcel free of charge, send you a replacement and provide a bonus as an apology for the inconvenience.
